Isabella Hubert has been an attorney investigator at Wagener Law since 2023. She started practicing labor and employment law in 2021, and she currently focuses her practice on conducting neutral workplace investigations.
Ms. Hubert began her labor and employment law practice at Paul Hastings, a premier law firm that U.S. News and World Report has ranked among the “Best Law Firms” in the country. She has represented a wide variety of employers in federal and state courts and before administrative agencies. She has represented companies in all aspects of employment litigation, including employment discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wage-and-hour, employee mobility, and intellectual property issues. She also has provided counseling on a wide range of employment issues.
Ms. Hubert earned her Juris Doctor from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings), where she graduated magna cum laude. She also was an Articles Editor of the Hastings Law Journal and a member of the Honor Society.
Ms. Hubert earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
Ms. Hubert is admitted to practice law in California.
